Item was well packed and the quality in the glass,fitting and craftsmanship were excellent. Instructions for assembly were for a slightly different light and no fixings are included which for this level and cost of item is not very professional.,overall very pleased.

MGS Reply: We can not provide fixing screws because only a qualified staff can perform the installation of lighting equipment. Furthermore the fixing screws should be chosen depending on the type of wall which will be installed the lamp: (wood, brick, concrete ...) We remain at your disposal for any clarification.

The murine glass lamp I received is beautiful and was safely delivered to my address in the UK. I hope that in future more delightful murine glassware is created by this company, perhaps including vases, table lamps and wall lights.

I have to say that this item absolutely exceeded all expectations and turned out to be a wonderful (and very well received!)Ruby Wedding anniversary present for my parents. Beautifully crafted, modern but yet also classic somehow, it will form an elegant centrepiece in any home. Well packaged and delivery well before expected, even though time was short as we were last minute! Don't think twice, just buy.

Lovely light fittings, very colourful (suspended modern light with murrine). Took a very long time to make though.

Although the lamp was well packaged, one piece broke. MGS replaced within 10 days without hesitation and now the lamp is up and it look beautiful. We already received compliments from friends. I am very happy with the design and the quality and feel it's been worth the money we spent. I suggest improving the assembly instructions and add a few more pictures, especially how to mount the arms - it's obvious once you figured it out, but until then I was puzzled how to get the nut through the hole in the base without being a magician. Worked in the end, The reflection on the ceiling is wonderful.
